The rice is cooked in dashi, giving it a mysterious charm.

Our proud box-shaped rice balls are a new shape that is a little different from the triangular shape.Made using a blend of domestically produced rice, it is slowly cooked in special stock to bring out its rich flavor.Although simple, the flavor expands the more you chew it.For lunch, we also offer "Omusubi no Omoto" (rice ball companions), toppings that go perfectly with rice balls!
